Front Office - Reception

Responsibilities Include:
  • Basic front office duties to include answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing, photocopying, scanning, faxing, light office cleaning, etc.
  • Maintain confidentiality by following office policies and procedures and HIPAA.
  • Additional duties as required.

Front Office - Office Coordinator

Responsibilities Include:
  • Serve as support to employees and leadership staff.
  • Liaison between attorney and physician offices.
  • Manage and organize patient information by ensuring proper archiving and storage on electronic filing systems.
  • Collect, arrange, and preserve medical records and other useful required documents.
  • Oversee legal correspondence documents such as medical records requests, case status, ledger updates, etc.
  • Contact attorneys to update them on the progress of a case as well as reply to their inquiries.
  • Oversee the fulfillment of records requests/subpoenas.
  • Establish/maintain good working relationships with attorneys, paralegals, and other physician offices.
  • Compilation and review of daily reports, logs and lists.
  • Basic front office duties to include answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing, photocopying, scanning, faxing, light office cleaning, etc.
  • Maintain confidentiality by following office policies and procedures and HIPAA.
  • Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments.
  • Additional duties as required.

Back Office - Chiropractic Assistant

Responsibilities Include:
  • Serve patients and visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and checking them in/out appropriately.
  • Responsible for maintaining patient flow in the back office while assisting with patient therapies, exercises and assisting the doctor.
  • Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information as needed.
  • Scheduling patient appointments as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality by following office policies and procedures and HIPPA.
  • Cross train to help with front office duties such as scanning, patient check in/out, answering phone calls, taking detailed messages, etc. as needed.
  • Light cleaning to include, emptying trash, sweeping, vacuuming, sanitizing patient rooms and bathrooms.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, faxing etc. as needed.
